摘要
针对海洋大功率往复式压缩机噪声强度大的问题,在设计阶段对某型号压缩机开展噪声特性研究,建立了海洋压缩机分析模型,采用Solidworks和ANSYS软件建立海洋压缩机的三维实体模型和有限元模型,计算压缩机所受载荷,并进行振动响应计算,最后采用LMS. Virtual. Lab建立边界元模型进行辐射声场计算,得出压缩机面声压云图和噪声频谱图,确定其辐射噪声较大位置及噪声显著频段。研究结果表明:海洋压缩机噪声显著频段在40~400 Hz内,峰值频率为125 Hz,整体呈现低频特性;在气缸处噪声值较大,确认其为主要噪声源;甲板的反射作用使得压缩机下方的辐射噪声普遍高于上方。在确定气缸为主要噪声源后,对海洋压缩机提出了具有针对性的降噪方法。研究结果可为海洋大功率往复式压缩机噪声控制和优化设计提供参考。
Aiming at the problem of high noise intensity of marine high-power reciprocating compressors, the noise characteristics of a certain type of compressor are studied in the design stage. The marine compressor analysis model is established. Solidworks and ANSYS are used to establish the three-dimensional solid model and the finite element model of the marine compressor. The load on the compressor and the vibration response are calculated. LMS. Virtual. Lab is used to establish a boundary element model to calculate the radiated sound field to obtain the compressor surface sound pressure distribution and noise spectrum diagram, and determine its high radiated noise location and dominant noise frequency band. The research results show that the dominant frequency band of marine compressor noise is within 40~400 Hz, and the peak frequency is 125 Hz, which shows an overall low-frequency characteristic. The noise at the cylinder is high, confirming that it is the main noise source. The reflection effect of the deck makes the radiated noise below the compressor is generally higher than that above. After determining the cylinder as the main noise source, a fit-for-purpose noise reduction method is proposed for the marine compressor. The research results can provide references for noise control and optimization design of marine high-power reciprocating compressors.
