摘要
以氯化胆碱和乳酸合成的深度共熔溶剂(DES)对木质素具有良好的溶解性,麦草生物质原料经DES处理后可直接分离制备出纳米级的木质素(DESL).以DES中氯化胆碱和乳酸的摩尔比为调控因数,研究DES配比对DESL从麦草生物质中溶出特性及其特征结构的影响.实验结果显示,DES配比对DESL的溶出及其结构特性均具有显著影响.随着DES中乳酸摩尔量的增加,DESL的纯度明显降低,麦草生物质组分中的木质素去除率也随之减弱.此外,DESL分子结构上的芳基醚键随供氢体摩尔比的增加,其断裂程度加剧,且相对分子量也随之减小.
Choline chloride and lactic acid based DES is extremely effective in extracting/removing lignin from woody and herbaceous plants biomass.Applying choline chloride DES to biorefinery process,DES-lignin(DESL)nanoparticles was first isolated from biomass fractions.Thus,the effect of DES molar ratio as reaction factor on lignin structure and nanoparticles distribution in DES system was explored.The experimental result shows DES molar ratio has a great influent on DESL extraction and its chemical structure property.As increasing on molar ratio of lactic acid in DES,the purity of DESL significantly decreased that leads to the removal rate of lignin in wheat straw biomass reducing.Moreover,with the increase of the molar ratio of hydrogen donor,the structural fracture of aryl ether bond linkage seems to be increasingly severe,and the molecular weight of DESL conveniently reduces.
