摘要
推动农村一二三产业融合发展既是实现中国特色新型农业现代化的必然要求,也是国家支农惠农政策的重要组成部分。文章探讨了我国农村一二三产业融合发展的路径:纵向一体化、工商资本引领、龙头企业引领以及现代电商平台,进而总结出纵向一体化对应产业渗透和产业间产业重组的融合方式,龙头企业引领以及现代电商平台对应产业渗透的融合方式,工商资本引领对应产业交叉的融合方式,并针对不同的路径选择提出政策建议。
To promote the convergence and development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industry is not only the inevitable requirement of realizing the new agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics,but also an important part of the policy of supporting agriculture and ben efiting agriculture.This paper discusses the main development path of the convergence and development of our country's rural primary,secondary and tertiary industry,including vertical integration,industrial and commercial capital's driving,leading enterprises'driving and modern E-commerce platform,and then sums up the industry penetration mode corresponded by the vertical integration,leading enterprises'driving and modern E-commerce platform,and the industrial crossing mode corresponded by industrial and commercial capital's driving,the inter industrial restructuring mode corresponded by the vertical integration.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions for different development path.
