摘要 本文研究了传统的短波无线电监测定位技术,分析了无线电监测工作面临的需求和挑战。在此基础上提出新型的短波TDOA监测定位和电离层探测及频率预测的系统建设规划,以准确、快速、高效地确定干扰源位置及可用的通信频段。进而提升频谱资源管理的科学化、智能化,提高无线电管理服务水平。 This paper introduces the traditional short-wave radio monitoring and location technology,and analyzes the requirements and challenges of the radio monitoring.Then,short-wave monitoring and positioning system based on TDOA and ionospheric detection system are proposed.New systems can determine the location of interfering sources and the available communication frequency bands accurately,quickly and efficiently.Thereby enhance the scientific and intelligent management of spectrum resources and improve the level of radio management services.
