摘要
为了提高UV-LED印刷固化设备的工作效率,结合PWM脉冲宽度调制技术、RS485通讯技术,设计了以STM32F103C8T6为控制核心,以HV9910芯片和触摸屏为辅助控制单元的控制系统。利用该控制系统,实现UV-LED印刷固化设备在126~292mm范围内可以进行固化幅宽调节,在固化幅宽范围内根据印刷速度的变化可以进行任意固化功率调节。另外,为使设计出的人机界面可交互性更加友好,设计开发了与上位机通讯、利用上位机实时显示设定当前固化幅宽、印刷速度、电流、电压及功率等特色功能。实际应用证明,该控制系统能可靠地实时监测和控制UV-LED印刷固化设备的工作状态,提高了其工作效率。
In order to improve the working efficiency of UV-LED printing and curing equipment, combined with PWM pulse width modulation technology and RS485 communication technology, a control system with STM32F103C8T6 as the control core and HV9910 chip and touch panel as auxiliary control units is designed. With this control system, the UV-LED printing and curing equipment can be adjusted in the range of 126 to 292 mm. The curing power can be adjusted according to the change of printing speed in the range of curing width. In addition, in order to make the human-machine interface friendlier, a communication between upper computer and host computer is designed and developed, and the special functions such as setting the current curing width, printing speed, current, voltage and power are displayed in real time.The practical application shows that the control system can reliably monitor and control the working state of UV-LED printing and curing equipment in real time and improve its working efficiency.
