摘要
以铁路综合企业ERP系统物料主数据建设为背景,介绍ERP系统物料主数据的编码原则、分类代码和物料代码结构。从物料主数据管理制度、标准模板、应用需要与标准建设需求匹配、维护管理及数据清洗、业务人员专业知识等5个方面,分析在应用中可能存在的问题,并提出相应完善措施。
The paper looks into the building of the master data for supplies in the integrated Enterprise Resource Planning system （ or ERP system ） for the railway industry, on the basis of which it outlines the coding principles for such master data, as well as the structure for the classification codes and supply codes. It then analyzes the po- tential problems in application from five aspects of the master data-namely the management scheme, the standard template, the alignment of application requirement and the needs of standard building, data maintenance and cleansing, as well as the know-how of the specialized staff. The measures for improvement are given accordingly.
