摘要
杨房沟水电站是国内首个采用EPC模式的百万千瓦级水利水电工程,为典型高山峡谷地貌,两岸自然边坡高陡,地质灾害危险性评估级别为一级,属地质灾害高易发区。安全是核心利益和生存的底线,是最严格的责任要求。唯有务实创新,不断探索与实践安全管理,常抓不懈,持续改进,方可为安全生产保驾护航。
Yangfanggou hydropower station is the first 1000 MW Hydropower Project that is under EPC mode.This project is located in typical Alpine canyon with high steep slope in two banks and is a geological disaster area with geological hazard assessment level 1.Therefore,safety is core benefit and survival deadline and the most strict responsibility.Safe production can be ensured only by innovating and carrying out persistent safety management and continuous improvement.
