摘要
针对目前瓦斯抽采钻孔存在的封孔质量问题,提出了以新型无机封孔材料、封孔器为一体的瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔成套技术,进一步发展完善了"两堵一注"带压注浆封孔工艺。该成套技术在保德煤矿进行了现场试验应用,在100d的考察期内试验钻孔组平均浓度达到了80%以上,有效解决了保德煤矿存在封孔质量不足的问题,为保德煤矿下一步瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔工艺的选择确定提供数据参考及建议。
The sealing quality of gas drainage drilling hole is one of the major factors for gas drainage effect.Aiming at the problems of gas drainage sealing quality,a hole sealing technological set with novel inorganic sealing material and hole sealing implement was proposed,which perfected the pressurized grouting hole sealing technology of "two sealing and one grouting".The technology was tested in the Baode Coal Mine,and the average gas concentration of test drilling group was over 80% in the 100 days inspection period,the problem caused by poor-quality hole sealing was effectively solved.And it provided the data reference and suggestion for the selection of gas drainage hole sealing technology in Baode Coal Mine.
