摘要
充填型方钴矿化合物PrFe_4P_(12)在低温6.5K显示出异常有序相变及重电子性质。为研究3d电子在这些相变中的影响,采用助溶剂方法制备了Pr(Fe_(1-)xCo_x)_4P_(12)样品,通过测量比热、磁化率及非弹性中子散射对掺杂前后f电子状态的变化进行了研究。实验结果表明,PrFe_4P_(12)的物性对Co的掺杂极为敏感,仅3%的掺杂即可导致异常有序相迅速消失,同时其重电子态受明显抑制,f电子由与传导电子的混合态转变为局域态。
The filled skutterudite compound PrFe4P12 exhibits anomalously phase transition and heavy Fermion(HF)state below 6.5K.In order to investigate effects of 3delectron on the phase transition and HF state,samples of Pr(Fe(1-x)Cox)4P(12) were synthesized to observe evolution of f-electron state by specific heat,magnetic susceptibility measurement and inelastic neutron scattering.The experiment results indicate that the properties of PrFe4P12 are very sensitive to Co doping.The ordered state and HF state are suppressed by only 3% Co substitution,and the well-localized nature of felectrons appears in the Co-substituted system.
