摘要
微波输能(MPT,Microwave Power Transmission)系统中,波束捕获效率(BCE,Beam Capture Efficiency)是影响系统直流-直流效率的重要因素之一。文章以获得最大BCE为目标,同时避免发射口径中心功率过高的问题,研究了远距离MPT系统中发射口径上的激励电平分布。通过求解广义特征值问题,优化得到最佳激励电平分布。数值结果表明,发射口径上的激励电平为削尖分布时,可获得大于95%的BCE,比高斯10d B电平分布高2.7%;并且利用数值结果,给出了在MPT系统有95%的BCE时,发射口径半径、接收角度与工作波长的近似关系式。
Beam capture efficiency (BCE) is one of the important factors for microwave power transmission (MPT) systems. In order to obtain the maximum BCE and to avoid the extreme high power at the center of the transmitting aperture, the level distribution across the aperture of the transmitting antenna for long-distance MPT systems was investigated. The op- timal level distribution was obtained by solving the generalized eigenvalue problem. The numerical results show that the BCE of 95% could be achieved by the optimized truncated level distribution, which is 2.7% higher than the one of gauss 10 dB level distribution. The approximation formula among the radius of transmitting aperture, the receiving angle and the operating wavelength is also derived from numerical results for BCE equal to 95%.
