摘要
间质性肺病属中医学"肺痿"范畴,是一种肺脏慢性虚损性疾病,韩明向教授认为虚、瘀是本病发生发展的始动因素,并贯穿疾病始终,为发病之本。临证喜用经典名方炙甘草汤加减治疗本病,并取得了良好成效。
Interstitial lung disease belongs to the category of "lung flaccidity"in traditional Chinese medicine,and it is a chronic lung deficiency disorder.Professor HAN Mingxiang thinks that deficiency and blood stasis are the initiating factors of the occurrence and development of the disease,which run through the disease and are the origin of the disease.Clinically,he often treated the disease with modified prepared Zhi Gancao decoction,which is a classical prescription,and achieved good results.
