摘要
2011-02月国务院正式批复《浙江海洋经济发展示范区规划》,标志着浙江海洋经济发展示范区建设上升为国家战略。在此背景下,特别是当前经济转型升级和综合性国际枢纽港目标下,宁波—舟山港原有发展的一些条件发生了巨大的变化,港口长期以来存在的问题和缺陷进一步显现,港口原有的发展理念、战略、生产方式等面临着转变,宁波—舟山港应着眼于从传统港口向现代化生态型港口转型升级,其未来发展关键在于港口服务创新。从研究国际港口服务的发展趋势入手,在对宁波—舟山港港口服务创新的必要性进行分析的基础上,有针对性地提出了港口服务创新的实现路径。
The approval of the plan for building the Oceanic Economy Development Demonstration zone in Zhejian makes the port development highly important. With the transform and development of the economy, especially after deciding to build the comprehensive international hub port, the environment for Ningbo-zhoushan port development has changed greatly and the longstanding problems and defects in the port have become apparent. It is necessary that current development concept, strategy and production modes of the port be changed. Ningbo-zhoushan port must fo- cus on the transformation and development from a traditional port to an ecological port. The future development of the port lies in service innovation. Based on the analysis of the necessity of innovation of Ningbo-zhoushan port serv- ices and the study of international trends in the development of port services, this paper proposes the approach to the innovation of Ningbo-zhoushan port service.
