摘要
目的通过分析我院抗微生物药的应用现状和发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法收集我院2008-2009年抗微生物药出库数据,采用金额排序和用药频度(DDDs)值进行分析。结果我院两年的抗微生物药应用率均低于18%。β-内酰胺类抗菌药物占主导地位,阿奇霉素片的用药频度最高,注射用氟氯西林销售金额最高。结论我院抗微生物药物应用基本合理,但应进一步规范抗微生物药的选择和使用。
Objective To analyze the status of the anti-microbial drug use in our hospital,and to provide a reference for the clinical rational use of drugs.Methods The library data of ant-ibiotics use in our hospital during 2008-2009 were collected and analyzed using the ranking and DDDs values.Results The rates of antibiotics use in our hospital in the year 2008 and 2009 were less than 18%.β-lactam antibiotics was the dominant drug,DDDs of azithromycin tablets was the highest,and the sales of Flucloxacillin injection accounted for the maximum amount.Conclusion Application of antimicrobial drugs in our hospital is basically rational,but the selection and use of antimicrobial drugs should be further standardized.
