摘要
汇率是国际经济交流活动中最重要的综合性价格指标之一,它的变动对国民经济发展具有深刻的影响。作为实行浮动汇率制度的国家,人民币汇率不可避免地受到国际金融危机影响。在汇率变动对就业影响的一般理论基础上,总结汇率变动的就业效应、就业传导机制,对汇率变动影响就业渠道进行剖析,发现汇率主要通过价格渠道、资本渠道和政策渠道影响就业,并对如何解决人民币升值压力下的就业问题提出对策建议。
The exchange rate is the most important and comprehensive price indices in a country in international economic exchange activities, as a price change in international finance and international trade aetivities, which becomes an important lever in a country＇s trade balance, and it＇s change has a profound impact on a country＇s import and export trade and domestic economy activity. Based on the general theory of the exchange rate changes＇ s impact on empolyment, summarizes the employment effects of exchange rate changes, Based on the above employment transmission mechanism, analyzes the channels that the exchange rate changes＇ effect on employment, and analysis find that the exchange rate influences employment mainly through the price channel, the capital channel and the policy channel. In the macro -analysis of the right exchange rate changes＇ effect on China＇ s employment, gives a concrete analysis of this appreciation＇ s impact of the RMB on the manufacturing. With China＇ s actual situation, concluds the measures to solve the employment problem with a revaluation of the RMB.
