摘要
目的:评估静脉药物配置中心对护理人力开发利用及护理质量的影响。方法:以护理工时测算方法,对比分析该院静脉药物配置中心启用后输液病人治疗的护理人力投入状况。结果:①静脉药物配置中心与原来分散式配药对比每天可开发回收护理工时98h,折合为护士人力12人;②每病人输液准备可减少用时3.6min,每病人接换液体用时可提速1.28min;③护士为病人接换液体主动频次可提升23.03%。结论:静脉药物配置中心有利于提高护理服务的主动性及护理服务效率,保障输液安全。
Objective： To find out the influence of building up a in-vein medicine dispensing center to the utilizing of nursing human resource and the quality of nursing. Method： Calculating and comparing the utilizing status of nursing human resource before and after the use of in-vein medicine dispensing center in the hospital by nursing hours. Results： ① After using the in-vein medicine dispensing center, 98 nursing hours could be developed and saved, which equaled to 12 nurses. ② The time used by preparing decreased by 3.6 minutes per patient and that for changing medicine decreased by 1.2 minutes per patient. ③ The frequency of initiative changing medicine by nurses increased by 23.03%. Conclusion： It is advantageous to build up a in-vein medicine dispensing center to improve the initiative of nurses and the efficiency of nursing services as well as guaranteeing the safety of patients.
