摘要
全面系统地阐述了国内外现有的各种粮食水分的测量方法、原理及其测量特性,对常用的粮食水分测量仪器及其主要性能指标进行了分析,并对测试误差进行了分析探讨,指出了粮食水分检测技术的发展方向,为从事粮食水分研究和相关人员提供了理论依据。
In this paper, we introduce the methods of measuring grain moisture content, discuss the principle and characteristics of various instruments in measuring, both at home and abroad, and also put forward some ideas about the development trend of the grain moisture measurement. All above will provide the theoretical foundation for who engaged in the moisture research of grain and relevant personnel.
