摘要 本文阐述了采用组织工程和基因、细胞技术发展起来的生物人工血滤器、生物人工肾小管辅助装置 ,通过它们可望生产出易携带或可移植的生物人工肾以完全代替肾功能 ,减少急性肾功能衰竭或终末期肾病的发病率或病死率。 The development of a bioartificial hemofilter and renal tubule assist device with tissue engineering, gene and cell technique were reported. It is possible potential to develope the wearable or transplantable bioartifical kidney for total replacement of renal function by these devices and significantly diminish the morbidity and mortality in patients with acute renal failure or end-stage renal disease.
