摘要
随着中非关系的日益密切及其影响的扩大,国外对中非关系的关注和研究也日益升温,其中有着许多的批评声音,由此形成了"新殖民主义论"、"中国援助威胁论"等。国外的批评主要集中在:中非贸易结构不尽合理、中国企业在当地履行社会责任还不够、中国的援助可能会增加非洲的债务负担、支持"无赖"国家和带来对西方国家来说不公平的商业竞争等方面。中国在同非洲进行经济合作时与外部世界的对话与磨合将会增多,中国必须在坚持自身利益和获得外部世界的理解之间取得平衡。
Since China and African countries established diplomatic relations over half a century ago,the two sides have achieved a great deal in economic cooperation.However,there also appear some new challenges.In recent years,there has been a lot of criticism such as'new colonialism'and'China threat'.There has also been criticism that the China-Africa trade structure is unreasonable,that Chinese enterprises fail to fulfill social responsibility,and that Chinese aid may increase the debt burden of African countries.In view of the above,China should strike a balance between gaining its interest and gaining understanding from the rest of the world.
