摘要
观察了20具(40例)成人尸体的隐神经的营养动脉及其来源动脉。隐神经以发出髌下支处为界分为上,下两段。营养动脉在上段为3.32±O.31支,下段为2.46±O.29支。养营动脉的外径,在上段和下段分别为O.26±O.01毫米和O.21±O.01毫米。营养动脉土要来自股动脉和隐动脉。隐动脉外径为1.37±1.18毫米,有足够的长度,是理想的吻接血管。
The blood supply of the saphenous nerves was studied in 20 adult cadavers(40sides).The number of nutrient artery passing to the saphenous nerve averages 3.32 mm±0.31 and 2.46±0.29mm in upper and lower segment of suphenous nerve respectively.The mean outer diamiter is 0.26±0.01 mm and 0.21±0.01 mm.in upper and lower segment respectively.The outer diamiter of the saphenous artery,from which the nutrient arteries originate,averages 1.37±1.18 mm.We consider that saphenous artery is ideal for the free vascularized nerve grafts.
