摘要
目的 探讨在关节镜监护下治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法 1997～ 2 0 0 2年对 38例胫骨平台骨折在关节镜监护下进行小切口复位螺钉内固定术 ,术中不切开关节囊 ,在镜下同时处理关节内合并损伤 ,观察治疗效果。结果 术后随访 1～ 3年 ,所有骨折均在 3个月内愈合 ,按相关标准评定疗效 ,总优良率 89.5 %。结论 关节镜监护下治疗胫骨平台骨折具有损伤小 ,操作安全 ,复位固定满意 ,能同时处理关节内合并伤 。
Objective:To study effect of treating tibial plateau fractures with arthroscopy.Methods:From 1997 to 2002 we reducted and fixed 38 cases of tibial plateau fractures and treated associated intraarticular pathology with arthroscopy,then we observed curative effects.Results:All the cases were followed up for 1～3years.All fractures healed within three years.According to relational criterion the rate of excellent and good was 89.5 %.Conclusions:Arthroscopic managenent of tibial plateau fractures have the advantages of little injury,safe operation accurate reduction and fixation,early recovery and management of associated intraarticular pathology.
