摘要
乳源外泌体是由乳腺上皮细胞分泌的一种茶杯样纳米级功能性囊泡,其含有多种生物活性物质,具有多种生物学功能,其在靶向载体、药物递送等方面的应用具有天然优势。本文综述了乳源外泌体结构组成、分离鉴定与保存方法、生物学功能及其应用,为乳源外泌体的研究应用提供有价值的参考。
Milk-derived exosomes are teacup like nanoscale functional vesicles secreted by mammary epithelial cells,which contain a variety of bioactive substances and have a variety of biological functions,and have natural advantages in the application of targeting vectors and drug delivery.In this paper,the structural composition and formation process of milk-derived exosomes,methods of isolation,identification and preservation,biological functions and applications of milk exosomes were reviewed,which provided valuable references for the research and application of milk exosomes.
