摘要
ABS树脂是一种综合性能优异的热塑性塑料,广泛应用于汽车、电子电器、储能等行业,但它的易燃性限制了其在高防火要求领域的应用。介绍了近年来阻燃ABS的最新研究进展,比较了卤系阻燃剂、有机磷-氮系阻燃剂、硅系阻燃剂及无机纳米阻燃剂对ABS阻燃效果的影响,并介绍了阻燃剂在环保方面的一些最新要求和进展。
ABS resin is a thermoplastic with excellent comprehensive performance,which is widely used in automotive,electronic appliances,energy storage and other industries.However,its flammability limits the application in the field of high fire protection requirements.The latest research progress of flame retardant ABS in recent years is introduced.The effects of halogen-based flame retardants,organophosphorus nitrogen flame retardants,silicone flame retardants and inorganic nano flame retardants on the flame retardancy of ABS are compared,and some of the lastest requirements and process in environmental protection of flame retardants are introduced.
