摘要
山楂(crataegus pinnatifida)属蔷薇科植物,以其果实和叶子入药。其主要成分为黄酮类、有机酸类、纤维素、单萜类、木脂素类等化合物。随着现代医学的进步,山楂及其活性物的研究取得一定的成果,且在防治心血管疾病方面显示出了独特的优势,因此,山楂治疗心血管疾病的作用机制成为研究方向之一。山楂及其提取物主要通过抗炎、抗氧化、抗凋亡、降血脂、稳斑块、调节内皮细胞、调控心肌酶、抑制血小板活化与聚集、抑制肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统等作用来防治心血管系统疾病。该文就近年来国内外对山楂治疗心血管疾病的实验研究进行综述,以期为山楂的临床研究及开发利用提供循证医学证据。
Shanzha(Crataegi Fructus)belongs to Rosaceae,and its fruits and leaves are used as medicine.Its main components flavonoids,organic acids,cellulose,monoterpenes,lignans and other compounds.With the progress of modern medicine,the research of Shanzha(Crataegi Fructus)and its active substances has achieved certain results,and has shown unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Therefore,the mechanism of Shanzha(Crataegi Fructus)in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases has become one of the research directions.Shanzha(Crataegi Fructus)and its extract mainly through anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,anti-apoptosis,lipid-lowering,plaque stability,regulation of endothelial cells,regulation of myocardial enzymes,inhibition of platelet activation and aggregation,inhibition of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system to prevent cardiovascular disease.In this paper,the experimental studies on the treatment of cardiovascular diseases by Shanzha(Crataegi Fructus)at home and abroad in recent years are reviewed in order to provide evidence-based medical evidence for the clinical research and development and utilization of Shanzha(Crataegi Fructus).
