摘要
湖北某污水处理厂原设计采用AAO-MBR工艺处理园区范围内工业企业产生的废水及生活污水,因进水中含较高比例的精制棉加工废水,进水COD浓度变化范围大且可生化性极差,采用混凝沉淀-芬顿氧化工艺单独对精制棉加工废水进行处理,处理后与城市生活污水混合进入AAO-MBR工艺深度处理。出水执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准。该工艺效率高,耐冲击性好,处理方式灵活且无需外加碳源,投运一年多,出水COD、TN、NH_(3)-N、和TP浓度分别稳定在10~30、4~11、0.05~0.4、0.05~0.2 mg/L。
A wastewater treatment plant in Hubei province was originally designed to treat wastewater and domestic sewage generated by industrial enterprises within the park using AAOMBR process,because the influent contains a high proportion of delicate cotton processing wastewater,the influent COD concentration varies widely and the biochemical properties are very poor,the coagulation and sedimentation-Fenton oxidation process is used to treat the delicate cotton processing wastewater alone,and then mixed with urban domestic sewage into AAO-MBR process after treatment.MBR process for deep treatment.The effluent performs the first grade A standard of Discharge standard for pollutants from urban sewage treatment plants(GB 18918-2002).The process has high efficiency,good impact resistance,flexible treatment mode and no need for additional carbon source.After more than one year of operation,the effluent concentrations of COD,TN,NH_(3)-N and TP are stable at 10~30,4~11,0.05~0.4 and 0.05~0.2 mg/L respectively.
