摘要
某生活垃圾填埋场现状采用预处理-AO-MBR工艺处理渗滤液,设计规模350 m^(3)·d^(-1)。由于出水不能稳定达标,处理能力下降及有些设备老化严重等原因。对现状工艺及生产运行实际情况进行分析,将原设计规模调整为300 m^(3)·d^(-1),同时新建500 m^(3)·d^(-1)处理规模的沉淀-厌氧-好氧-MBR处理设施,通过改扩建后总处理能力达到800 m^(3)·d^(-1)。系统设计出水稳定达到《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)表2规定的水污染物排放质量浓度限值要求。
The leachate was treated by pretreatment-AO-MBR process in a municipal solid waste landfill,design scale was 350 m^(3)·d^(-1).Because the effluent cannot reach the standard stably,the treatment capacity decreases and some equipment is aging seriously,the current process and the actual situation of production were analyzed,the original design scale was adjusted to 300 m^(3)·d^(-1),and a precipitation-anaerobic-aerobic-MBR treatment facility with a treatment scale of 500 m^(3)·d^(-1) was built,the total processing capacity reached 800 m^(3)·d^(-1) after modification and expansion.The designed effluent of the system stably met the requirements of water pollutant discharge quality concentration limit in Pollution Control Standard for Domestic Waste Landfill(GB16889—2008).
