加氢站加氢能力匹配设计及其能耗分析 被引量:4

摘要 加氢站是支撑氢燃料电池汽车发展的重要基础设施,近年来发展速度较快,但对加氢站加注能力设计和能耗分析等方面的研究不多。通过示例加氢站加注能力的设计计算,得出了其关键参数的变化规律。讨论了长管拖车供氢方式下,压缩机功耗变化与其对储氢容器各压力级充装顺序的关系,根据管束车卸气的压降过程匹配储氢容器的充装顺序,可减小压缩机充装功耗和时间;在保持储氢容器储氢能力相同的情况下,使储氢容器的充装结束压力存在梯级,使得压缩机功耗进一步减小,但前期的储氢容器设备投资有一定的增加。这些规律有助于对加氢站设备配置和运营方式的理解和优化。 Hydrogen refueling station is an important infrastructure supporting the development of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.It has developed rapidly in recent years,but there is little research on the filling capacity design and energy consumption analysis.In this paper,the generalchangerule of key parameters of hydrogenrefuelingstation is obtained through the design and calculation of filling capacity of sample hydrogenrefuelingstation.The relationship between the change of compressor power consumption and the filling sequence of each pressure stage of hydrogen storage vessel in long tube trailer for hydrogen supply is discussed.The filling sequence of hydrogen storage container can be matched according to the unloading pressure drop process of the bundle truck,which can reduce the power consumption and time of compressor filling.Under the condition that the hydrogen storage capacity of the hydrogen storage vessel is the same,the pressure at the end of filling of hydrogen storage vessel is stepped,which further reduces the power consumption of the compressor,but the equipment investment of the hydrogen storage vessel in the early stage increases to some extent.These rules are helpful to understand and optimize the configuration and operation mode ofhydrogenation station equipment.
