摘要
当前,针对社区公厕邻避问题的治理往往是针对社区公厕落成之前,对于落成之后社区公厕所带来的邻避矛盾的关注较少。对于具有较高社会人文价值属性的社区,公厕与居民存在的邻避矛盾一直是社区公厕改造的难题。本文以厦门营平社区大元路公厕改造方案为例,分析社区公厕现存的邻避现象及其成因,从资源循环化、功用多样化、社区意识化三个方面论述邻避效应社区公厕改造策略重点,为社区公厕邻避治理发展提供探索性思路。
At present,the governance of NIMBY problems on community public toilets is usually before the completion of community toilets,and less attention is paid to the NIMBY contradiction after the completion of community toilets.As a community with high social and humanistic value,the NIMBY contradiction between public toilets and residents has always been a difficult problem in the reconstruction of community public toilets.This paper analyzes the existing NIMby phenomenon of community public toilets and its causes,and discusses the key points of renovation strategy of community public toilets with NIMby effect from three aspects of resource recycling,function diversification and community awareness,so as to provide exploratory ideas for the the governance of NIMBY problems in community public toilets.
