爆炸场中三波点对冲击波压力测试的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 在爆炸场冲击波测试中,传感器的安装位置相对于三波点的位置关系会直接影响冲击波超压的测试.采用AUTODYN对实测爆炸场环境建立1∶1数值仿真模型,对10 kg TNT当量下的爆炸冲击波数据进行获取,并利用实测数据与仿真数据进行对比分析.结果表明:爆炸冲击波三波点位置随爆心距离的增加逐渐升高,传感器安装位置位于三波点以上时,能测到冲击波的入射波压力和反射波压力,传感器安装位置位于三波点以下时,会测到一个峰值,此时测得的冲击波压力为马赫杆的压力,该压力大于入射冲击波压力.因此,在自由场压力工程测量中,传感器的安装位置要随着三波点位置的升高逐渐升高. In the blast field shock wave test,the relationship of the installation position of the sensor relative to the triple point will directly affect the shock wave overpressure test.In the paper,AUTODYN is used to establish a 1∶1 numerical simulation model of the actual explosion field environment.The explosion shock wave data under the equivalent of 10 kg TNT is obtained,and the measured data and the simulation data are used for comparative analysis.The analysis results show that the positions of the triple point of the explosion shock wave follow the burst center distance increases gradually.When the sensor installation position is above the triple point,the incident wave pressure and the reflected wave pressure of the shock wave can be measured.When the sensor installation position is below the triple point,a peak value will be measured,and the pressure of shock wave is the pressure of the Mach rod,which is greater than the incident shock wave pressure.Therefore,in the free field pressure engineering measurement,the installation position of the sensor should gradually increase as the position of the triple point increases.
