摘要
共享电单车是传统的电动自行车和"互联网+"技术结合而诞生的新兴事物,但由于共享电单车的考虑因素更为复杂,政府、企业和用户之间的协调存在诸多矛盾,所以共享电单车的市场十分艰难。在2020年共享电单车迎来了爆发元年,大批电商平台进驻共享电单车市场,以下沉市场到三四线城市为主,逐步打开了共享电单车的全新局面。文章梳理了共享电单车的相关法律法规,研究分析共享电单车的快速发展中所展现出来的问题,并提出建议完善其发展模式和管理监管。
Sharing electric bicycles is a newly emerging mode of travel. However, due to the more complicated considerations of sharing electric bicycles, and the coordination between the government, enterprises and users, there are many contradictions, so the market for electric bicycles is very difficult. In 2020, shared electric bicycles entered the market, mainly in third-and fourth-tier cities, and gradually opened up a new situation for shared electric bicycles. This article sorts out the relevant laws and regulations of shared electric bicycles, analyzes the problems revealed in the rapid development of shared electric bicycles, and proposes to improve its development model and management supervision.
