摘要
目的观察围手术期优质护理在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除中应用的护理效果。方法本研究对象为我院2019年1月至2020年5月收治的子宫肌瘤患者280例,将患者随机分成两组,每组140例,观察组患者采取围手术期优质护理干预,对照组患者采取常规护理。比较两组患者焦虑评分、术后低体温发生率、高碳酸血症发生率、疼痛评分、住院时间和护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组患者焦虑评分明显下降,低体温、高碳酸血症发病率降低,疼痛评分降低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者住院时间为(5.13±1.80)d,明显少于对照组的(7.22±1.64)d,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度(97.12%)明显高于对照组(88.53%)(P<0.05)。结论围手术期优质护理应用于腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除患者中,提高了患者的舒适度和满意度,并发症发生率明显降低,缩短了患者住院时间。
Objective Observe the effect of high-quality nursing during perioperative period on laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods The object of this study is 280 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to May 2020.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,140 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group received perioperative high-quality nursing intervention,and patients in the control group take regular care.The anxiety score,incidence of postoperative hypothermia,hypercapnia,pain score,hospital stay and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the anxiety score of the observation group decreased significantly,the incidence of hypothermia and hypercapnia,and the pain score decreased,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of stay in the observation group was(5.13±1.80)days,which was significantly less than that of the control group(7.22±1.64)days.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group(97.12%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(88.53%)(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality perioperative care is applied to patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy,which improves the comfort and satisfaction of patients,significantly reduces the incidence of complications,and shortens the hospital stay.
