摘要
随着生活水平的提高,人们对汽车驾驶舒适度要求越来越高。拼接式全景天窗由前、后两部分组成,前半部分可以倾斜和滑动,后半部分固定。拼接式全景天窗具有与外界通气面积大的优点。拼接式天窗开启时,前半部分倾斜升高,打开一定角度,随后沿着导轨后移。印度某款SUV天窗在升降过程中和滑动时容易异响。根据以往经验,导致天窗异响原因很多,其中一个主要原因是涂抹在天窗轨迹槽的润滑脂失效。
With the improvement of living standard,people have higher and higher requirements for driving comfort.The spliced panoramic skylight is composed of front and rear parts.The front part can be tilted and slid while the back part is fi xed..Mosaic panoramic skylight has the advantage of large ventilation area with the outside.When the splice skylight is opened,the front part tilts up and opens at a certain Angle,and then moves back along the guide rail.A certain Indian SUV skylight is prone to abnormal noise in the process of lifting and sliding.According to past experience,there are many reasons for the abnormal noise of the skylight,and one of the main reasons is the failure of grease applied to the track groove of the skylight.
