摘要
目的研究并分析钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏外用治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效与安全性。方法 102例慢性湿疹患者,依据治疗方式差异分成对照组和实验组,每组51例。对照组接受卤米松乳膏治疗,实验组接受钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗。观察对比两组患者治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率为100.0%,高于对照组的80.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者不良反应发生率为1.96%,对照组患者不良反应发生率为3.92%,两组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏外用治疗慢性湿疹效果良好,不良反应发生率低,可作为慢性湿疹一线治疗药物。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of topical application of calcipotriol betamethasone ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods A total of 102 chronic eczema patients were divided by different therapeutic methods into control group and experimental group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with halometasone cream, and the experimental group was treated with calcipotriol betamethasone ointment. The therapeutic effect and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups was observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment was 100.0% in the control group, which was higher than 80.4% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 1.96% in the experimental group, which was 3.92% in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Topical application of calcipotriol betamethasone ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema shows good effect in treating chronic eczema with low incidence of adverse reactions. It can be used as a first-line medicine for the treatment of chronic eczema.
