基于微信的翻转课堂在神经查体教学中的应用 被引量:6

Application of Flipped Classroom Based on We Chat Platform in Teaching of Neurological Examination

摘要 目的探索基于微信平台下的翻转课堂对神经系统查体教学的应用和效果评价。方法选取2017 年7 月—2018 年5 月在徐州医科大学第二附属医院实习的临床医学专业学生85 人为教学对象,随机分为实验组42 人,对照组43 人。由同一名教师进行神经系统查体教学。其中实验组采用基于微信平台的翻转课堂教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。比较两组学生的理论和技能操作成绩,并通过问卷的形式评价主观教学效果。结果实验组和对照组相比,实验组理论[(92.79±2.53)vs (88.07±3.51)]和技能操作[(94.64±2.24)vs (88.62±3.87)]成绩更好(P <0.05),80%以上的实验组学生认为新的教学法在课堂活跃程度、自主学习能力、学习节奏控制、知识拓展程度、知识牢固程度、师生互动程度等方面均优于传统教学法。结论基于微信平台的翻转课堂能够提高学生的成绩,且学生满意度更高。 Objective To investigate the application and effect evaluation of flipped classroom based on WeChat platform in neurological examination teaching. Methods 85 clinical medical students who practiced in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University between July 2017 to May 2018 were selected as teaching objects and randomly divided into experimental group with 42 students and control group with 43 students. They were teached of nervous system physical examination by the same teacher. Among them, the experimental group adopted the flipped classroom teaching method based on WeChat platform, while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method. The theoretical and technical performance of the two groups of students were compared, and the subjective teaching effect was evaluated through questionnaires. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group achieved better results in theory [(92.79 ±2.53) vs (88.07± 3.51)] and skill operation [(94.64 ±2.24) vs (88.62±3.87)].(P < 0.05). More than 80% of the students in the experimental group believed that the new teaching method was superior to the traditional teaching method in the aspects of classroom activity, autonomous learning ability, learning rhythm control, knowledge expansion, knowledge firmness and teacher-student interaction. Conclusion Flipped classroom based on WeChat platform can improve students' performance and students' satisfaction is higher,nervous system physical examination.
