摘要
目的:调查医学生对人体解剖学人文关怀的素质及对其认知度的现状,分析潜在的影响因素,为医学人文及医学伦理学教育提供参考依据。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷对某医学院校543名本科生进行调查。结果:大部分医学生接受过人文关怀教育,具备一定的人文关怀素质,能够意识到解剖学人文关怀及遗体捐献的重要意义,但对人文关怀的认知度还较薄弱,在课堂上的人文关怀行为及对待遗体捐献的态度依然欠缺。结论:应加强对医学生的医学人文关怀教育,培养医学生的人文关怀素质及正确看待遗体捐献的态度。
Objective:To investigate the quality of medical students'humanistic care and cognition in human anatomy,analyze the potential influencing factors,and provide reference for medical humanities and medical ethics education.Methods:543college students were investigated by self designed questionnaire.Results:the majority of the medical students received humanistic care education,have a certain humanistic care,and can be aware of the important significance of medical anatomy humanistic care and anatomy donation.However,the awareness of humanistic care is still relatively weak,and donation attitudes in anatomy and humanistic care behaviors in anatomy class are still short.Conclusion:It is necessary to strengthen the medical humanistic care education of medical students,to cultivate their humanistic care quality and give them a positive view of the anatomy donation.
