摘要
以白露煤样为对象,利用传统水煤浆制备方法和掺配油泥制备水煤浆方法分别进行成浆实验。研究发现,在一定的添加剂用量下,使用两种制浆工艺均可制得浓度C≥58%、粘度v≤1200mPa·s的水煤浆。在同样制浆条件下,掺配油泥制得的水煤浆稳定性更好,7d的析水率R≤7%、没有硬沉淀产生。掺配油泥制备的水煤浆性能良好,浓度、粘度、粒度分布和pH值等指标均满足德士古气化工艺要求。
Bailu coal sample was taken to prepare coal water slurry both in traditional method and mixed with sludge. According to the study, in certain amount of additives, coal water slurry using two kinds of pulping process can both achieve the concentration greater than 58% and viscosity less than 1200mPa. s. While, in the same pulping conditions, the sludge -mixed slurry is of better stability, whose bleeding ratio in 7 days is less than7%, without hard precipitate. The performance of sludge - mixed coal water slurry is of favorable performance, the concentration, viscosity, particle size distribution and pH value all meet the requirements of the Texaco gasification process.
