摘要
目的：不同剂量罗哌卡因复合芬太尼硬膜外麻醉对产妇分娩中疼痛症状和母婴结局的影响。方法：选取我院在2014年1月~2015年1月收治的60例产妇,依据麻醉方法的不同分为两组,研究组和对照组各30例。对照组产妇,给予罗哌卡因0.14%复合芬太尼硬膜外麻醉,研究组给予0.089%罗哌卡因复合芬太尼硬膜外麻醉,分析两组产妇分娩疼痛及母婴结局。结果：对研究组患者,经0.089%罗哌卡因复合芬太尼硬膜外麻醉后,在分娩镇痛及母婴结局方面,与对照组对比有明显改善,研究组临床疗效明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：在临床产妇分娩中,不同剂量罗哌卡因复合芬太尼硬膜外麻醉,会影响产妇分娩疼痛与母婴结局,应用0.089%罗哌卡因复合芬太尼硬膜外麻醉,不影响产妇分娩疼痛与母婴结局,可降低产妇分娩疼痛,改善母婴结局。
Objective： Effect of different dose of ropivacaine combined with fentanyl in epidural anesthesia on maternal childbirth pain symptoms and pregnancy outcome.Methods：60 cases of patients maternal in our hospital from Jan 2014 to Jan 2015 were selected,divided into two groups basis on the different anesthesia methods,respectively as the study group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）.Give control group mothers,giving 0.14% ropivacaine fentanyl epidural anesthesia,the patients in study group received 0.089% ropivacaine combined with fentanyl in epidural anesthesia,analysis of two groups of maternal labor pain and maternal and neonatal outcomes.Results：Of the patients in the study group with 0.089% ropivacaine combined with fentanyl after epidural anesthesia,in labor analgesia and maternal and inlhnt outcomes,improved significantly compared with the control group, the study group clinical curative effect is obviously higher than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conelusion：ln clinical delivery, different dose of ropivacaine combined with fentanyl in epidural anesthesia,will affect the parturient woman childbirth pain and maternal and infant outcomes, application of 0.089% ropivacaine combined with fentanyl in epidural anesthesia,does not affect the parturient wolnan childbirth pain and maternal infant outcome,can reduce maternal pain in delivery, improve maternal and child outcome.
