摘要
目的:探讨脂血对PT、APTT、Fbg和TT结果测定的影响。方法:收集住院患者标本100例,进行PT、APTT、TT和Fbg测定。结果:脂血组与脂血重抽复测组(非脂血组)PT、APTT、TT、Fbg测定结果的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床检测中标本脂血对凝血结果的检测均有干扰,建议患者空腹12h后重抽复测。
Objective：To investigate the influence of lipemia on coagulation tests. Methods：100 lipemia samples are collected, to measure plasma coagulation time and contents. Results：There are statistic siguificances （P〈0.05）for PT,APTT,TY,Fbg testing results between lipemia group and no lipemia group. Conclusion：There are influences about coagulation testing results to lipemia samples.After fasting for 12 hours, drawing blood once more and retesting are suggested.
