摘要
羊毛表面类脂结构的存在不利于防毡缩树脂的吸附。去除类脂后 ,树脂的吸附牢度高 ,防毡缩效果好 ,同时羊毛表面的亲水性也有显著提高 ,对织物舒适性的改善有利。羊毛表面的类脂层在整个羊毛纤维体系中对羊毛的机械性能没有贡献。在染色过程中 ,类脂层对染料的扩散也有一定的阻碍作用。
Lipid layer of cuticle is a hydrophobic surface on which the anti felting resin can't deposit well. After the lipid layer being removed, the resin can deposit firmly, and wool fabric can be conferred excellent washability. In additional, the hydrophilic of fiber surface can also be greatly enhanced, so the comfortable behavior can certainly be improved. The results show that the lipid layer can't provide wool fiber any contribution of mechanical property, and will act as a diffusion barrier of the dye in the process of dyeing in some extent.
