摘要
现在对于广视角技术,特别是IPS和FFS的显示模式,由于正性液晶和配套材料技术的成熟性和材料本身的稳定性能,使用正性液晶占绝大多数。但随着对显示器光学性能要求的提高,使用负性液晶的研究逐渐增多,这是由于负性相对正性液晶有较高的穿透率以及较好的画面画质,并能改善颜色偏差。但负性液晶同样也存在诸多缺陷,如需要有较高的驱动电压,存在功耗的问题。另外,实验证明负性液晶使得显示器的残留影像较为严重,材料的稳定性以及其他材料与之搭配性都有待提高。本文通过使用Techwiz软件的模拟和实际样品的测量数据,全面比较了正负液晶在FFS中的光学特性和画质表现,阐述了2种液晶的优缺点,提出了需要改进的建议。
For the uptodate wide viewing angle technology,especially the IPS and FFS display mode,the usage of Pos liquid crystal is in the majority,because of the maturity of Pos liquid crystal craft and the ancillary material technology.Nevertheless,in accordance with the requirement of the LCD products's optical capability enhancement,the study of the usage of Neg liquid crystal has been increasing,which is because of the relatively high transmittance,color shift improvement and display quality.In addition,Neg liquid crystal has many disadvantages,for example,relatively higher driving voltage and power consumption.Furthermore,the experiments have proven that the usage of Neg liquid crystal has serious image sticking problem.In consequence,Neg liquid crystal's stability and collocability with other materials remains have been improved.This paper compares the optical character and the display quality in FFS of Pos/Neg liquid crystal comprehensively by means of the Techwiz software simulation and samples' measurement data,elaborates the advantage and disadvan-tage of two kinds of liquid crystal and puts forward the suggestions where needs improvements.
