摘要
选用不同回收料掺入到原料中制备聚乙烯管材,研究了不同种类和掺量情况下的回收料对管材性能影响情况。结果表明,回收料的加入明显影响了管材的热稳定性,且随着掺量的增加,管材的热稳定性和断裂伸长率都随之下降;掺量在10%以内时,国产改性后的回收料与进口的性能相当。
Different recycled materials were incorporated into the raw material for preparation of polyethylene pipes. The effects of the pipe's properties by recycling material of different types and dosage were studied. The results showed that the thermal stability of the pipe was significantly affected by adding recycled materials, and with the increase in dosage, the pipe's thermal stability and elongation at break were decreased. When the dosage was less than 10% , the pipe's performance with adding recycled materials of the domestic modified and imported ones were squeal.
