摘要
目的建立伤风净喷雾剂中蒙花苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(45∶55)为流动相,检测波长327 nm,流速为1.0 ml·min-1。结果蒙花苷在0.05～1μg的范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为97.6%,RSD为1.2%(n=6)。结论该法灵敏简便快速,准确,专属性强,可用于伤风净喷雾剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish the method for the determination of buddleoside in shangfengjing spray.Methods The C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） column was used.The mobile phases were consisted of methano and 0.2% phosphoric acid solution（45∶ 55）.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 and the detective wavelength was 327 nm.Results The linear relationship of buddleoside was in the range from 0.05 to 1 μg.The average recovery was 97.6% and RSD was 1.2%（n= 6）.Conclusion The method is convenient,rapid,accurate and suitable for the quality control.
