摘要
目的:根据7种鹿茸茸毛的显微特征,鉴别鹿茸的品种。方法:采用生物显微镜对7种鹿茸的茸毛进行鉴别,利用系统聚类分析进行分类。结果:得到7种鹿茸茸毛的显微鉴别指标测量结果,系统聚类法可将样品有效地分类。结论:使用该方法鉴别鹿茸是可行的,可为鹿茸的质量评价提供参考依据。
Objective : According to the microscopical features of seven kinds of pilose antler velvet, to identify various kinds of pilose antler. Methods : To identify seven kinds of pilose antler velvet by bin-microscope, then the classification was carried out by hierarchical cluster analysis. Results : The microscopic identification of seven kinds of pilose antler velvet indicators were made and effectively classified. Conclusion:This method is useful in the identification of pilose antler, and provides reference for its qualitative evaluation.
