摘要
目的:了解正常人腰椎椎体的应力分布特点。方法:采用QCT扫描一正常志愿者的L1椎体,依据L1椎体的CT片以Algor的FEAS有限元分析系统逐层几何形重建,并按照骨窗灰度适当划分单元,建立L1的3128个结点,2188个块单元的三维有限元模型。各单元材料特性依据校正后的CT值-表观密度-弹性模量间的换算关系进行计算,共采用了200种弹性材料,进行800N轴向加载,进行应力分布计算。结果:应力集中的部位有小关节、椎弓根、上下终板中部及椎体的侧后壁下缘;骨松质椎体中部略偏后方和上下终板附近应力水平较高,高应力区呈三维“工”形结构。结论:正常人腰椎椎体的应力分布与解剖学结构具有一致性。
Objective: To realize normal stress distribution of lumbar vertebral body. Methods: L1 vertebrae of a volunteer was scanned with QCT, and based on its images, a 3 Results: Stress concentrates at facet joints, pedicles, central part of end plates and the posteriorlateral margin of vertebral body, a relatively high stress region within cancellous bone made up an “I” shape which contained the areas around both end plates and the central part of vertebral body. Conclusion:Stress distribution of lumbar vertebral body is in coincidende with its anatomy.
