Advance in Production Technology of Cold Rolled Grain-Oriented Electrical Steels

摘要 介绍了(%)0.03~0.05C、2.80~3.40Si冷轧取向电工钢的主要进展:(1)通过织构度改善、厚度减薄和细化磁畴技术显著改善磁性能;(2)二次再结晶织构选择性生长和高斯织构形成的机理研究;(3)板坯低温加热技术和短流程生产等工艺技术。 Main advances in 0. 03 - 0. 05C, 2. 80 - 3.40Si cold rolled grain-oriented electrical steels are presented including obvious improvement of magnetic properties by improving texture, decreasing thickness of sheet and using magnetic domain refining techniques ; research on mechanism of secondary reerystallization texture selecting growth and Goss texture forming; and low temperature reheating technology for slab and compact flow sheet process etc.
