摘要
以3个二倍体东方百合品种(2n=2×=24)与4个同源四倍体东方百合品种(2n=4×=48)为杂交亲本配制成8个杂交组合,并对杂交后代各株系进行了细胞学观察。结果表明,东方百合倍性杂交获得的种子可育性低;且各杂交组合的杂交后代中,均不同程度的出现了染色体数目多样性。
Cytological observation on the hybrid generations of nine cross combination obtained from the crossing parents of three diploid Lilium oriental varieties （2n = 2 x = 24） and four autotetraploid varieties （2n = 4 x = 48 ）. The results showed that, the propagation of the Lilium oriental hybrid seeds were very low, and all the hybrid generations have a different degree diversity in the number of chromosomes,
