摘要
电感是开关电源中最重要的元件之一,电感损耗的大小直接影响到开关电源的效率和性能。为了设计出高性能的开关电源,有必要对电感中的线圈损耗进行分析和计算。回顾了一维和二维的电感损耗计算方法,在此基础上提出了一种更准确的电感损耗特性简化模型,由高频电流产生的线圈损耗可以等效为该模型的交流电阻损耗。分别对两种电感的线圈损耗提出了有效的计算分析方法,通过测量和计算对其进行了验证。
Inductor is one of the most important element in power converter systems, and its winding loss affects the efficiency and performance of the system directly.It is necessary to analyze and calculate the winding loss of inductors.The paper presents a more accurate model of inductors.The winding loss induced by skin effect and proximity effect is attributed to the AC resistance of the model.This paper reviews some methods on how to calculate the winding loss of inductors including ID and 2D methods, then presents two calculation methods on winding loss of two typs of inductors.
