摘要
PCR和建立在PCR基础上的分子生物学技术以其灵敏、快速、简便等优点在植物病害检测中得到了广泛应用。本文综述PCR相关技术 (RT PCR、IC PCR、PCR SSCP、实时荧光PCR、RAPD和RFLP)的原理及其在植物病害检测中的应用现状 ,同时概述我国已检测的植物病害病原体的种类。
PCR and PCR-based techniques including RT-PCR, I C-PCR,PCR-SSCP, real-time fluorescent PCR, RAPD and RFLP are widely used in d etecting plant diseases because of their advantages such as sensitivity, rapidne ss and simplicity. In this paper, the principles and their applications are revi ewed. Plant diseases which were detected with these techniques in China are also summarized.
