摘要
目的 探讨注射用磷霉素钠所致不良反应的一般规律及特点。方法 对 1998年 6月～ 2 0 0 3年 6月国内公开报道的 85例注射用磷霉素钠所致不良反应进行分析。结果 磷霉素钠所致不良反应发生多发生于 <2 0岁和 >5 0岁年龄组 ,主要发生在用药过程中 30min以内。临床表现主要为变态反应 ,严重可致过敏死亡 ;其次为心血管系统反应。结论 临床应重视磷霉素钠的不良反应 ,对青霉素过敏者或高敏体质者应慎用 ;注意保持体内Na+ 的平衡 ,心、肾功能不全 。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the adverse effects of fosfomycin sodium for injection for clinical references. METHOD ADR reports in China during 1998～2003 were analyzed.RESULTS ADRs mostly occurred in the youngs and olds and always happened in half an hour after administration of drug. The most important clinic apperance was the allergy, the second one was the effects in cardiovascular system. CONCLUSION The ADRs of fosfomycin sodium for injection should be used with more cares, especialy to the allergical people.
