摘要
为解决笼形转子永磁同步电机直接起动存在的问题,应用电压源逆变器和负载换流逆变器组合供电实现其软启动。应用霍耳元件检测转子粗略位置,通过一阶算法估算转子精确位置,实现低速电压源逆变器矢量控制启动,之后依靠负载换流逆变器完成启动过程。构建了仿真模型,仿真结果表明系统具有启动转矩大、转矩和转速波动小等优点,是以较低成本解决笼形转子永磁同步电机软启动问题的有效方案。
In order to overcome the disadvantages of line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor(LSPMSM)in direct starting,the combination of voltage source inverter(VSI)and load commutation inverter(LCI) was used. Vector control of VSI in low speed region was adopted via hall element sensors,and exact estimation of the rotor position was realized by first order algorithm. Then LSPMSM was fed by LCI to its rated speed. A simulation model of VSI/LCI-fed LSPMSM was built. Simulation results showed that the fluctuation of motor torque and speed were small and starting torque was improved in low speed region,which proves that VSI/LCI is valuable for soft start solution of LSPMSM at a low cost.
