摘要
复方苦参注射液由苦参和白土苓两味药材经提取精制而成,具有清热利湿、 凉血解毒和散结止痛等功效,主要用于抗肿瘤、 减轻癌痛、 增强免疫等.本文对复方苦参注射液质量控制方法进行综述,包括酸碱滴定、 薄层色谱、 气相色谱、 高效液相色谱及质谱联用技术、 毛细管电泳以及近红外光谱技术等,并评价了各种分析技术的优势和不足,以期为该品种的正常生产和最终产品的质量控制提供参考.
Compound Kushen Injection(CKI)is prepared from Sophora flavescens and Polygonum baitulinum.It has the functions of clearing heat and dampness,cooling blood,detoxifying and dispelling knots and relieving pain.It is mainly used for anti-cancer,relieving cancer pain and enhancing immunity.This paper reviewed the quality control methods of CKI,including acid-base titration,thin layer chromatography,gas chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry,capillary electrophoresis and near infrared spectroscopy,and evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of these analytical techniques,in order to provide reference for the normal production and quality control of the final product.
